In 2019, Chengtai Technology developed the standard L2+ level forward millimeter wave radar with the smallest size, lightest weight and lowest power consumption in the industry at that time, and achieved large-scale pre-loading mass production. “We are the first in the world to adopt a single CMOS process 77G millimeter wave radar SoC chip, and the nano injection molding, hot air cold riveting, laser welding and other advanced structure, heat dissipation, processing technology applied to the design and production of vehicle millimeter wave radar, greatly improving the overall performance index of the product, but also greatly reduce the BOM cost and manufacturing costs.” Relevant person in charge said.

At present, while Chengtai Technology is large-scale promoting the application of 4D front radar and Angle radar to high-class intelligent driving systems, the latest waveguide antenna, double-cascade 4D imaging, distributed radar, AI intelligent algorithm platform and so on are being put into production, so as to maintain a continuous lead in technology research and development, product iteration and mass production applications.
